Govt Seeking Additional Medical Personnel
“The Ministry of Health is seeking medical personnel to assist our testing teams with the swabbing of individuals for COVID-19,” Minister of Health Kim Wilson said.
Speaking at last night’s [Aug 6] press briefing, Minister Wilson said, “The testing teams are increasingly stretched due to the volume of travellers arriving in Bermuda on a daily basis. As such, the Ministry of Health is seeking medical personnel to assist our testing teams with the swabbing of individuals for COVID-19.
“In particular, we are seeking those with a background in medicine, nursing, dentistry and Emergency Medical Technicians, whether retired, practicing or students in-training. Individuals will be compensated for their time and should contact coronavirus@gov.bm for more information or to express an interest.”

One way of putting people back to work! Lol
Sounds great, but my one concern is how invasive the testing is and will these people administer the tests properly without putting the public through unnecessary pain while having the tests administered? Will they be switching to oral swabs to speed along the process?
