One Communications Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd. advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14[2][i], on 25 September 2020, 354,000 shares were repurchased at an average price of $3.90 for immediate cancellation.
