Somers Share Repurchases For September 2020
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced their recent share repurchases.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of September 2020, Somers purchased 4,800 of its own common shares at an average cost of $13.56 per share. These Shares have been cancelled.
The number of common shares in issue as at September 30, 2020 was 21,341,482 [net of nil treasury shares].
