“Butterfield To Be A Real Asset For Chesterfield”

November 1, 2020

Bermudian footballer Milan Butterfield will be a ‘real asset’ to Chesterfield according to their manager John Pemberton.

This was stated in a report on the Derbyshire Times website, which said, “The 22-year-old, who signed from Kidderminister Harriers in the summer, scored his first goal for the club against Stockport County in the FA Cup to take the game to penalties, before rolling in the winning spot-kick during the shootout.

“Butterfield has started three matches this season – two in the league and the FA Cup win at Edgeley Park. It was his best game in a Town shirt and Pemberton believes there is more to come from the Bermudian international this season.

“He is getting better,” Pemberton said. “He is used to playing in a team [Kiderminister] that was technically good. He has played in a midfield where it has not been as hectic so it is a slightly different way of playing but I know he will only get better.
