Photos: 2020 Remembrance Day Ceremony
The 2020 Remembrance Day observance was held today [Nov 11] with dignitaries laying wreaths to pay respects to the many Bermudians who served in the two World Wars of the 20th century and other international conflicts.
Due to the pandemic, the event did not include the normal parade, however there was a ceremony, with music provided by the Royal Bermuda Regiment and Somerset Brigade Band, and people including the Governor, Premier, Leader of the Opposition, U.S. Consul General, and others laid wreaths at the Cenotaph, serving to honour the island’s war veterans.
