Results: Match Play Championships Day One
The Bermuda Match Play Championships got underway at Port Royal Golf Course with a Stroke Play Qualifier.
In the men’s championship flight, Jevon Roberts shot a 1-under 70 to finish on top of the leaderboard, Roberts had 5 birdies, 10 pars, 2 bogeys, and 1 double bogey.
Eric West finished second with a round of 5-over par 75, while Scott Barnett and Matt Gorrell finished at 5-over.
In the ladies championship flight, Linda Down finished on top of the leaderboard with an 11-over par 82, Katrin Burnie was second at 12-over par, while Tracy Nash and Ann Symonds finished Tied 3rd at 14-over par.
