Rosewood Bermuda has partnered with local sleep therapist practitioner Holly Paiva to introduce the ‘Sleep Well Journey’ to the resort’s Sense, A Rosewood Spa, offering “a journey that will help calm one’s mind and body.”

A spokesperson said, “Rosewood Bermuda, the island’s premier luxury resort, has partnered with local sleep therapist practitioner Holly Paiva to introduce the ‘Sleep Well Journey’ to the resort’s Sense, A Rosewood Spa.

“Together, Rosewood Bermuda and Holly aim to combat some of the effects that people are experiencing as a result of the global pandemic, such as anxiety dreams, insomnia and stress.

“Coupled with the resort’s spa treatments and wide array of wellness and fitness programing, travelers from around the world can find a complete holistic stay at Rosewood Bermuda.

“Designed to create a journey that will help calm one’s mind and body, the ‘Sleep Well Journey’ begins with a private one-on-one session with Paiva herself to address any concerns and provide insight on ways to reduce insomnia, anxiety dreams or unrestful nights.

“Following this in-depth analysis, guests will undergo acupressure tailored to their needs focusing on promoting and inducing sleep.

“Using a combination of techniques focused on acupressure points and a blend of essential oils such as lavender, geranium and chamomile will take guests into a deep sleep.

“To finalize the “Sleep Well Journey”, Executive Chef Gerry Adams has curated a healthful lunch featuring sleep inducing ingredients such as turkey, spinach, lavender and chamomile to be enjoyed poolside at the Sense, a Rosewood Spa.

“The menu includes dishes such as almond crusted turkey escalope, baby spinach, fig and candied walnut salad with an orange kombucha dressing and a lavender chai latte.

“Guests will also be able to leave the experience with a complimentary lavender candle. The “Sleep Well Journey” is a three-hour service that is available to book for $430, not including taxes and service fees.”

Sascha Hemmann, managing director of Rosewood Bermuda, said, “At Rosewood Bermuda we recognize the importance that sleep can have on our overall health and during these trying times we want to provide our guests with the ability to disconnect and reconnect with themselves.
