Larry Mussenden Sworn In As Puisne Judge
This afternoon [Dec 3] the Governor officially appointed Larry Mussenden as a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court during a swearing in ceremony at Government House.
Government House posted the image above online, and said, “This afternoon the Governor was pleased to appoint Mr Larry Mussenden as a Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court during a swearing in ceremony at Government House.
“The Governor thanked Mr Mussenden for the service he has provided as the Director of Public Prosecutions and wished him well with his new position on the Supreme Court.”
The Governor previously announced that Cindy Clarke will be appointed as the Director of Public Prosecutions with effect from Friday, December 4th, 2020.
