Somers Share Repurchases For November 2020
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited [Somers] announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited [Somers], a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of November 2020, Somers had no repurchases of its own common shares. The number of common shares in issue as at November 30, 2020 was 21,341,482 [net of nil treasury shares].”
