Email Address For Covid Vaccine Registration
[Updated] The Government “apologized for the delays being experienced as persons try to get through to the vaccine registration number” and provided an email address that people can use.
This follows after people experienced issues trying to get through via the phone hotline, with some noting they only managed to get through to a voice mail box which was full.
A Government spokesperson said, “We apologize for the delays being experienced as persons try to get through to the vaccine registration number. Our team is working extremely hard to answer as many calls as possible and we ask for you to be patient.
“Alternatively, we ask that you send an email to: vaccine@gov.bm with the subject: Registration Data.
“You must include the following information:
- Name
- DOB: day/month/year
- Full Address
- Phone [Cell/Home]
- Occupation
- GPs Name
- Diagnosis
- If essential worker: name of employer
“For more information on the priority scheduling for the first batch of the vaccine please visit www.gov.bm/vaccines.”
