BNT Postpone This Year’s Palm Sunday Walk
The Bermuda National Trust postponed this year’s Palm Sunday Walk which was scheduled for this coming Sunday, March 28, saying it is “with the community’s safety and health in mind.”
In an online post, the BNT said, “Every year, we look forward to hosting the annual Palm Sunday Walk and seeing the community come together to enjoy Bermuda’s natural beauty. However, with the community’s safety and health in mind, we need to postpone this year’s Palm Sunday Walk, which was scheduled for this coming Sunday, March 28, 2021.
“Although the Palm Sunday Walk will not officially be on Palm Sunday, we hope to host a similar experience later in the year.
“While we are sad not to celebrate Palm Sunday with the thousands of members of the community who show up every year for this event, we believe that this is the right decision, and we hope to see all of you on the rescheduled date.”
