Ocean View Win Ladies Interclub Tournament
The Ocean View ladies team were successful in winning this year’s ladies Interclub golf tournament between the Belmont, Mid Ocean, Port Royal, Tuckers Point and Ocean View Golf Clubs.
A spokesperson said, “Ocean View had a 5 point lead going into the final match at Belmont and although the competition worked hard to pass them they were unsuccessful and the jubilant Ocean View ladies retained the trophy.
“Ocean View ladies won the competition in 2019, in 2020 the tournament was cancelled. With 2 matches remaining due to Covid, Ocean View ladies had an 11 point lead.
“Congratulations to this year’s team members, Ann Mitchell, Sandra Scott, Tracy Nash and Ann Symonds. Missing from the photo was Paula Robinson. We are so very proud of the Ocean View ladies, well done.”
