Somers Share Repurchases For February 2021
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited [Somers], a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of February 2021, Somers purchased 2,366 of its own common shares at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at February 28, 2021 was 21,786,557 [net of 2,366 treasury shares].”
