Sailing: Cooper Wins St. Mary’s Spring Opener
Chase Cooper took to the water representing St. Mary’s College of Maryland Varsity Sailing to compete in the St. Mary’s Spring Opener.
The two-conference regatta, sailed in the FJ boats, saw St. Mary’s College of Maryland seniors Cooper and his crew Sophie Taczak finish strong to land atop the podium in the combined division format with 28 points, while George Washington #1 team took the team honors.
