Somers Share Repurchases For March 2021
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of March 2021, Somers purchased 375 of its own common shares at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at 31st March 2021 was 21,786,152 [net of 375 treasury shares].”
