Adam Hall & Aberdeen IronBirds Notch Victory
Adam Hall recently helped the Aberdeen IronBirds complete a 5 – 3 win over the Wilmington Blue Rocks.
Hall and his teammates jumped out to a 1 – 0 lead in the bottom of the first, which was followed by another run in the bottom of the third. Wilmington got on the board with a run in the top of the fifth, but Aberdeen answered with two runs at the bottom of the inning to make it 4 – 1.
The Aberdeen IronBirds then made it 5 – 1 in the bottom of the eighth, with Wilmington managing only two runs in the top of the ninth inning.
Hall, playing second base, went two for four on the night, with one run, a steal, and one strikeout. Hall scored the Aberdeen IronBirds lone run in the 8th inning after his second single of the night. He was moved to third on a fielder’s choice, then scoring when he crossed the plate on a forced out at second base.
