UK Cricket: Bermuda Players Team Results

Bermudian cricketers Kamau Leverock, Logan Jones, Jermel Proctor, Cameron Jeffers, Zeri Tomlinson, and Brianna Ray were in action for their respective teams.

Kamau Leverock

Kamau Leverock and his Caythorpe Cricket Club, Notts 1st XI defeated Mansfield Hosiery Mills Cricket Club by 5 Wickets.

Mansfield Hosiery Mills won the toss and elected to bat, they were bowled all out for 165 in 45.5 overs, Dane Schadenorf was the top scorer with 68, while Leverock led the bowling attack with figures of 10-2-33-4.

In reply Caythorpe would score 168/5 in 31.4 overs, Kishaam Khan was the top scorer with 40, while Leverock added 22 off 18 balls hitting 1 four and 2 sixes.

Logan Jones

Logan Jones and his Sedbergh School 2nd XI teammates would play Arnside Cricket Club to a draw.

Sedbergh won the toss and elected to bat, they would score 219 all out with Jones leading the batting with a knock of 79 before being run out, Jones would face 75 balls hitting 8 fours and 1 six, Alex Davidson was the pick of the Arnside Cricket Club bowlers returning figures of 11-0-56-4.

In reply Arnside Cricket Club scored 154/9 in their 45 overs, with Bryan Lenton the top scorer with 37, while Leo Johnson was the pick of the Sedbergh bowlers with figures of 8-1-25-4, Jones bowled 1-0-15-0, but he held onto a catch and was involved in a run-out.

Jermel Proctor

Jermel Proctor and his Shrewsbury School 1st XI went down by 6 wickets to Repton School Cricket Club 1st XI.

Repton won the toss and sent Shrewsbury to bat, they restricted them to 182/4 in their allotted 40 overs, H Cooke was the top scorer with 89, while Proctor scored 23 not out off 27 deliveries. Natt Sheikh was the pick of the Repton bowlers with figures of 8-0-36-3.

In reply Repton scored 185/4 in 38.2 overs, Oran Reddy was the top scorer with 54. H Walker was the pick of the Shrewsbury bowlers with figures of 4-0-22-1.

Cameron Jeffers

Cameron Jeffers and his Cardiff Cricket Club 2nd XI teammates defeated St. Fagans Cricket Club 2nd XI by 83 runs.

St Fagans won the toss and sent Cardiff to bat, they would score 196/9 in their allotted 45 overs, James Walsh was the top scorer with 107, while Jeffers scored 2 not out.

In reply St Fagans scored 113 all out, Zac Williams was the top scorer with 41, while Ciaran Doley was the pick of the Cardiff bowlers with figures of 8-0-12-4, while Jeffers bowled 6-0-15-0.

Zeri Tomlinson & Brianna Ray

Zeri Tomlinson, Brianna Ray, and their Sedbergh School 3rd XI teammates went down by 7 wickets to Westgate Cricket Club.

Sedbergh won the toss and elected to bat, Tomlinson opened the inning and batted through scoring 46 off 95. He hit 5 fours and 1 six as they bowled out for 147. Ray added 11 from 15 balls hitting 2 fours, Ryan McMenamin was the pick of the Westgate bowlers returning figures of 10-3-44-4.

In reply Westgate scored 149/3 after 20 overs, Jack Huntington was the top scorer with 82, while three Sedbergh bowlers claimed a wicket each, while Ray bowled 3-0-22-0, and Tomlinson bowled 3-0-38-0.
