Argus Advises BSX Of Shareholdings
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited has advised the BSX that a shareholder, Equilibria Capital Management Limited, has “acquired a beneficial interest in a sufficient number of securities of the Company, so as to become a holder of seventeen point twelve percent [17.12%] of the Company’s securities.”
“These notices are made pursuant to Section IIA, paragraph 6.14[2][ii] and [iii] of the BSX Listing Regulations Section Regulations,” the filing said.
