Swimmers Win 5 More Medals In Bahamas

Members from the Harbour Swim Club and the Sharks Swim Club continued competing in the Bahamas National Swimming Championships in Nassau, collecting a total of five medals in the third day of action.

Sharks

In the 13-14 Girls 200m Individual Medley Finals, Bella Howes captured the Bronze Medal with a time of 2:29.16, while Daria Desmond finished 5th clocking 2:48.58, and Tayla Horan finished 7th touching the wall in a time of 2:44.54.

Marleigh Howes won the 11-12 Girls 100 Freestyle clocking a time of 1:01.49, while Elanna Fulton finished 5th with a time of 1:06.33.

The 13-14 Girls 100 Freestyle Bronze medal was won by Bella Howes who had a time of 1:01.61, Daria Desmond finished 14th with a time of 1:06.90.

During the 15-17 Girls 100 Freestyle Taylor White finished 4th with a time of 1:02.59, while Tayla Horan was 7th clocking 1:03.14.

Brian Desmond finished 9th competing in the 15-17 Boys 100 Freestyle with a time of 55:82.

Harbour

In the 11-12 Girls 200 IM Individual Medley Finals Agathe Candillon won the Bronze medal with a time of 2:46.10, Ava Pedro finished 4th clocking 2:46.23, and Violet Smith was 9th with a time of 3:01.02.

In the 13-14 Girls 200m Individual Medley Finals Elena Pearman finished 7th clocking 2:51.61, Myeisha Sharrieff finished 4th in the 15-17 Girls 200m Individual Medley with a time of 2:38.19, while Sam Williamson finished 2nd in the 15-17 Boys 200m Individual Medley clocking 2:09.50.

In the 15-17 Boys 50 Breaststroke Caleb Ingham finished 6th with a time of 32.41.

Ava Pedro won the Bronze Medal in the 11-12 Girls 100m Freestyle with a time of 1:05.84, Agathe Candillon finished 6th clocking 1:06.82, and Arabella Newport Derbyshire was 9th with a time of 1:09.46.

During the 13-14 Girls 100 Freestyle Elena Pearman finished 18th with a time of 1:11.15, while Brandon Adkins finished 5th competing in the 13-14 Boys 100 Freestyle with a time of 57.62.

During the 15-17 Girls 100 Freestyle Myeisha Sharrieff clocked a time of 1:02.03 to finish 5th, while Caleb Ingham finished 8th in the 8th competing in the 15-17 Boys 100 Freestyle with a time of 55.64.

Jack Harvey finished 4th competing in the 15-17 Boys 100m Freestyle with a time 53.46, and Sam Williamson finished 6th clocking 54.06.

The Harbour 11-12 200m Medley Relay team of Violet Smith, Agathe Candillon, Arabella Newport Derbyshire, and Ava Pedro finished second with a time of 2:21.00.
