Madelyn Moore broke a 12-year-old CCCAN record on the opening night of the Central American and Caribbean Swimming Federation [CCCAN] Championships in Puerto Rico.

Moore took to the pool in the 18 & Over girls 50m butterfly, touching the wall in a time of 27.12 to claim the gold medal and break the record of 28.00 set by Jesserick Pinto from Venezuela back on June 30th, 2009 in Venezuela.
