Somers Limited Share Repurchases For May
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of May 2021, Somers purchased 500 of its own common shares [the “Shares”] at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at May 31, 2021 was 21,785,652 [net of 500 treasury shares].”
