Hall & Aberdeen Defeat Brooklyn Cyclones
Adam Hall and his Aberdeen IronBirds teammates recently picked up a 7 – 2 win over the Brooklyn Cyclones.
Hall gave Aberdeen the lead in the bottom of the first inning after a lead-off single. Hall stole second, his 19th of the season, before moving to third off another single; he went on to score after a wild pitch.
Brooklyn leveled the game at 1 – 1 in the top of the second, but Aberdeen regained the lead in the bottom of the third with two runs to take a 3 – 1 lead. Brooklyn scored once in the top of the fifth, but Aberdeen scored three times in the bottom half of the inning to make it 6 -2.
Hall scored once more in the bottom of the eighth to make it 7 – 2. He later stole his 20th base of the season, but was left stranded on second.
