Somers Limited Share Repurchases For June
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of June 2021, Somers purchased 526 of its own common shares [the “Shares”] at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at June 30, 2021 was 21,785,126 [net of 526 treasury shares].”
