Supatone Ltd Launches Virtual AP Software
Bermudian software development company, Supatone Ltd, has launched the Virtual AP, a “software that helps organizations to transition their Accounts Payable workflow from a largely paper-based process to a digital one, storing all documents in a central repository.”
A spokesperson said, ” It is now available to businesses locally and overseas. The web-based application can be easily customized to fit each organization’s own method of using purchase orders, invoices, and other related information.
“It provides a simple way to quickly search for a particular order’s status and see who it is currently assigned to for approval. It is designed to help cut down on late fees and keep staff accountable by identifying where any bottlenecks are in the workflow.
“Using a digital signature, Virtual AP timestamps documents with a single click, rather than fussing with Adobe Acrobat. It also keeps a log of every change made, for auditing purposes. Depending on the software currently used, Virtual AP may even be able to integrate with other databases as needed.
“Virtual AP was borne out of necessity since Covid hit in 2020 and organizations needed to keep working remotely.
