BCB Cricket Players Of Week: James & Sabir
The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] has named Kwasi James and Dominic Sabir as the Premier and First Division players of the week, respectively.
A spokesperson said, “The BCB is pleased to announce the T20 Domestic League Premier and First Division players of the week for matches held on August 22 [Week 8].
Premier Division
“Kwasi James [Willow Cuts CC v St. David’s CCC] – 70 runs off 47 balls
“The current standings for the T20 Premier Division are as follows:
First Division
“Dominic Sabir [Warwick Workmens Club] v Devonshire Recreation Club] – 116 off 56 balls
“The current standings for the T20 First Division are as follows:
“The 2021 league season will consist of two complete rounds, which will include promotion and relegation [2 up and 2 down].
“Week 8 of Player of the Week is sponsored by The Booth 2. Winners will receive a $50 gift card.“
