Bermuda Bowlers Begin CAC Championships

Bermuda’s Men’s National Bowling Team began competing in Guatemala on the opening day of the Central American and Caribbean Bowling Confederation Championships, which is the qualification event for the next CAC Games in El Salvador.

Playing in the men’s singles event on day one, playing five games, David Maycock led the Bermuda players finishing 29th, with 1021 pins, at an average of 204 per game.

Dennis Joell was the next Bermuda bowler finishing 36th with 996 pins, with an average of 199.20, Damien Matthews finished 48th with 932 pins, with an average of 186.40.

Lamar Richardson, bowled an average of 182.20 to finish with 911 pins in 52nd place, Rickai Binns, was 55th with 843 pins, at an average of 168.60, and Carl Reid, finished 58th with 737 pins at an average of 147.40.
