IGI Announces Common Share Dividend
International General Insurance Holdings Ltd. [IGI] announced that its Board of Directors has declared an ordinary common share dividend of $0.16 per share for the period January 1, 2021 – June 30, 2021. The dividend is payable on September 7, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 23, 2021, with IGIC trading ex-dividend on August 20, 2021.
