Somers Limited Share Repurchases For July
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of July 2021, Somers purchased 200 of its own common shares at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at July 31, 2021 was 22,080,123 [net of 200 treasury shares].”
