Complimentary career advancement coaching sessions are being offered in Bermuda, facilitated by Felicia Rickards Solutions.
A spokesperson said, “Complimentary career advancement coaching sessions are being offered in Bermuda for a limited time period.
“The sessions have been piloted in several territories including the US, UK, Cayman Islands and Jamaica.
“Only four places are available, and will be issued on a first come, first served basis. The process includes a short pre-assessment questionnaire and four 1-hour coaching sessions, held over Zoom.
“Successful participants must be prepared to schedule and complete the four sessions during the first three weeks of October 2021. Candidates should be aged 25-35 and currently employed in any industry.
“This is the first time this program will be offered in Bermuda. It is facilitated by Felicia Rickards Solutions Limited through approval by CareerPoint.
“The coaching helps people accelerate their careers by helping them understand how advancement really works, how to develop a growth mindset, add value for their employers, and create winning relationships in the workplace.
“The coaching program is normally $600 but these practice programs are being offered on a complimentary basis, subject to the participant meeting the required conditions.
