Court: ‘Reduced Services’ Due To Covid Surge

“Both the Magistrates’ Court and the Supreme Court of Bermuda are in operation, but reduced services and limited access is being implemented,” the Government said.

A Government spokesperson said, “Attached is the Registrar for Courts of Bermuda, Circular No. 13, regarding the Court’s decision to reduce services further as part of protective measures that are necessary to assist in the efforts to reduce the community spread Covid-19.

“It should be noted that both the Magistrates’ Court and the Supreme Court of Bermuda are in operation, but reduced services and limited access is being implemented. This notice is effective from  17 September, to 8 October 2021.”
