Somers Limited Share Repurchases For August
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of August 2021, Somers purchased 1,138 of its own common shares at an average cost of $17.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at August 31, 2021 was 22,078,985 [net of 1,138 treasury shares].”
