Somers Limited Share Repurchases For October
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of October 2021, Somers purchased 18,393 of its own common shares at an average cost of $19.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at October 31, 2021 was 22,285,533 [net of 18,393 treasury shares].”
