Video: Minister Roban Interviewed At COP26

Hub Culture interviewed Deputy Premier & Minister of Home Affairs Walter Roban who recently attended the UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow, Scotland, with Minister Roban discussing how Bermuda “is one of the most bio-diverse on the planet and what is being done to protect that status.”

    When was the last time Minister Roban snorkeled or dived anywhere around Bermuda?? Bermuda’s fish stocks have been depleted to near invisibility by decades of overfishing, lax regulation and enforcement, and zero governmental focus on the marine environment. It is one thing to put a positive spin on an issue, but to completely misrepresent in this manner, in light of the tragic state of Bermuda’s waters, is unforgivable…
