ZipX Collection Centre Moves To Gorham Rd
ZipX Bermuda has announced the move of their collection centre to 15 Gorham Road, between the Lobster Pot and Oleander Cycles, effective today [Nov 1].
ZipX collection customers can pick up their packages from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 6:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Kevin Smith, Managing Director of ZipX Bermuda said, “We look forward to welcoming customers to our new and improved ZipX Collection Centre. The central location is much more spacious with comfortable seating and refreshments provided for our clients. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and hope that the new ZipX Collection Centre will be positively received.”
The company noted, “ZipX Bermuda also recently announced the move of their US-based air express facility from New York state to Delaware to reduce costs for customers. ZipX customers now use a Delaware mailing address and the 9% New York sales tax no longer applies.
“The Jamaica, New York facility will remain open until November 15th to allow ZipX customers time to switch their mailing addresses, after which any packages sent to the New York address will incur additional shipping costs and delays.
