The House of Assembly heard that just over $6 million was paid to four firms in 2020 and 2021, with the Minister saying that approximately $4.3 million was related to the Morgan’s Point matter and the “appointment by the courts of joint provisional liquidators.”

The questions — from Opposition Leader Cole Simons to Finance Minister Curtis Dickinson — included the total amount paid by the Government individually to KPMG, PWC, Deloitte Limited and EY Bermuda for the period commencing April 1, 2020 ending October 31, 2021; the purpose and terms of engagement for each service agreement by company and by the engaging Ministry and the details of the completed engagements by company and Ministry.
