Scott Barnes Continues Racing In Las Vegas
Scott Barnes was back on the track as the Super Nationals 24 Kart Racing got started at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Barnes crossed the line 5th in heat one, but a penalty saw him drop one spot to officially finish 6th, and Barnes also drove to a 5th place finish in heat two.
Barnes said, “I ran 2nd fastest lap time of the race in heat one so I have the speed just need a better start, Heat 2 was under the lights of Vegas, another bad start and also being in 7th place is always going to be a struggle getting forward.”
