ICO Decision On Public Lands & Buildings Dept

The Information Commissioner issued Decision Decision 16/2021 in regards to the Department of Public Lands and Buildings.

A spokesperson said, “On 17 December 2021, the Information Commissioner issued Decision 16/2021, Department of Public Lands and Buildings [Department]. The Information Commissioner found that the Department did not issue an internal review decision within the 6-week timeline set out in the PATI Act. She ordered the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Works Headquarters, as the Head of Authority, to conduct an internal review and issue an internal review decision by 21 January 2022.

“Decision 16/2021 is available on www.ico.bm.”
