Argus Group Share Repurchases In January
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Argus Group Holdings Limited advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of January 2022 the company has repurchased 127,233 shares at an average repurchase price of $6.00 per share. These shares have been retained as treasury shares.
