Morris, Bobb & Washington Compete In Meets
Three Bermuda track and field athletes recently represented their respective schools at indoor meets.
Sanna Rae Morris & Zenji Washington
Sanna Rae Morris and Zenji Washington competed in the East Coast Invitational, representing the IMG Academy at the Virginia Beach Sports Center.
Morris took to the track for the girls 200m dash high school, finishing thrird in heat three and 11th overall by clocking a time of 25.75.
During the girls 400m dash high school, Morris finished sixth in heat one and sixth overall by clocking 58.41.
Washington competed in the girls 55m dash high school, finishing second in Heat 7 and 27th overall in a personal best time of 7.83.
During the girls 60m dash high school, Washington crossed the line second in Heat 7 and 28th overall by clocking a personal best time of 8.45.
Madisyn Bobb
Madisyn Bobb and her Harford Technical High School Women’s Track and Field teammates competed in the MPSSAA 2A Central Regional Championship 2022 at the Fifth Regiment Armory in Baltimore.
Bobb finished second competing in the varsity girls 55 meter dash prelims, clocking a time of 7.85. In the varsity girls 55 meter dash, Bobb finished second with a time of 7.80.
Bobb clocked a time of 46.36 on her way to finishing fourth in the varsity girls 300 meter dash finals.
