Sprinter Jessica Lewis Earns ‘PLY’ Designation
Jessica Lewis – who recorded a 4th place finish in the 100m at the Paralympic Games, marking the highest ever finish by Bermuda — recently received a Certificate of Recognition from the International Paralympic Committee.
Ms. Lewis tweeted the graphic below, saying, “Being part of the Paralympic movement is an opportunity I am grateful for every single day. Today is especially great as I am honoured to be able to add a few letters after my name!”
2 x Paralympian Jessica Cooper Lewis is, without doubt, an outstanding and elite Paralympian. She has achieved great success over many years and at the highest level of sport, and her values as a person and as an athlete are exemplary. She continues to make Bermuda proud !
