Outback, Positive Image & BDA Spirits Win
The latest round of Bermuda Ball Hockey Winter League saw a triple-header take place at the PCC Hockey Rink, with a total of 22 goals were scored between the three matches.
Liberty Mutual 4 Outback 8
In the opener the Outback defeated the Liberty Mutual 8 – 4. Outback got hat-tricks from Robbie Bailey, and Adam Fenos, while Craig Macneil scored twice. Liberty Mutual got 2 goals from Anthony Kapsimalis, with Bill Mcclure, and Jon Talbot added a goal each.
Positive Image Dental 1 Outback 0
This game ended on a shootout goal after the two teams battled three periods without a goal scored.
Christopher Jackson scored the shootout goal for the Positive Image Dental to defeat Outback 1 – 0.
BDA Spirits 5 Spine and Sport 4
The final game also needed a shootout goal to decide a winner as the BDA Spirits defeated Spine and Sport 5 – 4.
Jeff Loper scored twice, including the Shootout winner, while Mathieu Desjardins, Chris Grantier, and Mark Heintzman all added a goal each for the BDA Spirits, while Brandon Willett scored twice, with Jeffery Ingelman, and Christopher Merritt added a goal each.
