Proposed Change Of Control For WOW
The Regulatory Authority is inviting the public to comment on a proposed Change of Control in the Electronic Communications sector of World on Wireless Limited [WOW] to TeleBermuda International Limited [TBI].
A spokesperson said, “WOW and TBI each hold an Integrated Communications Operating Licence [ICOL]. To comment on the proposed Change of Control, please visit the RA’s website at www.ra.bm click “Respond to a Consultation” and select the Electronic Communications Sector. Comments must be received by 11:59 p.m. on March 11, 2022.”
