Smith Continues In ILCA Midwinter In Florida
Benn Smith continued competing in the ILCA Midwinter’s East 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Competing in the ILCA 7 Standard Class, Smith came off the water in down five places from his starting position of 3rd place on day two.
Two races were sailed, making it 4 races in total, Smith recorded a Did Not Compete before bouncing back to win the second race of the day.
Smith now has 37 points, with leader Daniel Escudero on 7, Chapman Petersen is in second with 8 points and third place Nicholas Sessions has 16 points.
