In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange, Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of February 2022, Somers purchased 410 of its own common shares [the Shares] at an average cost of $19.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect. The number of common shares in issue as at February 28, 2022 was 22,733,425 [net of 410 treasury shares].
