Video: Police Release Footage Of Shooting
The Bermuda Police Service [BPS] held a press conference yesterday [March 14] to provide an update on the recent shooting incident at the Devonshire Recreation Club, and released CCTV footage in the incident.
A police spokesperson previously said, “Shortly before midnight on Thursday, 10th March 2022, police responded to a firearms incident, which took place at the Devonshire Recreation Club.
“On arrival, it was ascertained that a 25-year-old woman and a 32-year-old man had been shot. The two were transported to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital via private transportation. At last check, they were being treated for what was described as non-life threatening injuries.
“The investigation is in the early stages. However, it is believed that approximately 30 to 50 people were in attendance at the club, when two suspects rode onto the premises and fired several rounds at persons in attendance. It is also believed that there may be a second motorcycle involved, also carrying two people.”
