Cameron Jeffers & Amari Ebbin Lead Cowbridge to Victory
Cameron Jeffers, Amari Ebbin, and their Cowbridge Cricket Club teammates defeated Miskin Manor Cricket Club by 22 runs.
Miskin Manor won the toss and sent Cowbridge to bat, Cowbridge scored 209/8 in their allotted 40 overs, Aman Gandhi was the top scorer with 88, Ebbin opened the inning scoring 4 runs, while Jeffers was at the wicket when the inning came to an end scoring 4 not out. Richard Edwards was the pick of the Miskin Manor bowlers with figures of 7.2-0-30-3.
In reply Miskin Manor was restricted to 187/8 in their allotted 40 overs, Nathan Robinson was the top scorer with 56, while Jeffers led the Cowbridge bowling attack returning figures of 7-0-24-3, he also hung onto two catches, Ebbin had a catch and a stumping behind the wicket.
Dennico Hollis Leads Stenhousemuir to Victory in Friendly
Dennico Hollis and his Stenhousemuir teammates took on DCC in a Pre-season Friendly.
DCC batted first and was bowled all out for 137, Hollis did not bowl.
In reply, Stenhousemuir scored 138/6, with Hollis the top scorer retiring on 52 not out.
