Queen’s Baton Relay Two Day Tour Schedule
The Bermuda Olympic Association [BOA] today announced the schedule of events that will take place during the Queen’s Baton Relay from Sunday [May 22] to Monday [May 23].
A spokesperson said, “As we anticipate the Queen’s Baton Relay’s arrival to our shores, we would like to also invite the public to join us in celebration as we show off our beautiful island to those in the Commonwealth. Bermuda will be the 62nd country out of 72 nations in the Commonwealth.
“The stops the Baton will visit while on the island directly reflect the Commonwealth Games themes for 2022. The themes for this year are “Common Ground, Untold Stories, Youth and Journeys that Matter.” Sunday May 22nd’s events will be primarily focused in the East End and Monday May 23rd’s events will be heavily focused on our youth.

- 9:00 am – Gig Boat Baton Delivery [in St. George's]
- 9:25 am – Baton Presentation to Mayor of St. George’s
- 9:45 am – Walk/Tour of St. George’s
- 10:10 am – Presentation at St. Peter’s Church
- 11:00 am – Run & Bike through Old RailwayTrails [Bailey's Bay]
- 12:30 pm – Tour of Flora Duffy Stadium and Swimming Pool
Monday May 23rd, 2022
- 9:30 am – Cabinet House [procession starting from Barr's Park]
- 10:30 am – Paget Primary *
- 11:30 am – Windreach Bermuda *
- 12:30 pm – Horseshoe Bay Beach
- 1:00 pm – Gibbs Hill Lighthouse
- 1:30 pm – Somerset Bridge
- 2:00 pm – West End Primary *
- 3:00 pm – National Museum of Bermuda *
