Somers Share Repurchases For April 2022
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], Somers Limited announced share repurchases and total shares in issue.
The full filing stated: “Somers Limited, a financial services investment holding company, announces that during the month of April 2022, Somers purchased 78 of its own common shares at an average cost of $19.00 per share. The Shares will be cancelled with immediate effect.
“The number of common shares in issue as at April 30, 2022 was 22,733,247 [net of 78 treasury shares].”
