The Bermuda Football Association’s Women’s League season resumed at the Clyde Best Center of Excellence Field with a double-header that produced 8 goals.
Footy Queens 2 – Dandy Stars 0
In the opener, the Footy Queens defeated the Dandy Stars 2 – 0, with a goal in each half. Teyah Lindo gave the Footy Queens the lead in the 5th minute, with Shuntae Todd doubling the lead in the 57th minute.
St. George’s Lady Colts 0 – Somerset Trojans Big Ballers 6
In the nightcap, the Somerset Trojans Big Ballers scored six unanswered goals in defeating the St. George’s Lady Colts 6 – 0.
Emily Cabral led the way with a hat-trick, while Jya Ratteray-Smith added two goals, and Koa Goodchild scored once in the win.
