Dr. Bertram McPhee Celebrates 96th Birthday

Premier David Burt joined others in wishing Dr. Bertram McPhee a happy birthday, as he celebrated his 96th birthday.

In an online post, the Premier said, “Yesterday I joined a few of my Alpha brothers at the Cabinet Office to wish Dr. Bertram McPhee a Happy Belated 96th Birthday and to recognize his 75th anniversary as a Brother of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity.”
